Cancellation Policy

* Appointments rescheduled/cancelled within 24 hours may result in a 50% fee of the original booking 

* Any appointments/ reschedules within 12 hours may result in 100% fee of the original booking.

* Failure to attend an appointment will result in a 100% fee of the original booking.
